Casual Studio Access
Expand your pottery skills with casual, open studio access time.
Please note: these studio sessions are NOT led by a teacher and are completely self-directed. The previous enrolment in a 4-week course or intermediate knowledge/skills are required for open studio time. If you're not sure if this is you please contact us via email.
PRICE: $20 for 2 hour bookings
IMPORTANT:

Please allow time for a short induction before commencement if you've not visited before. You will also be required to sign our studio Terms and Conditions prior to entry.

The use of the studio can be booked in 2 hour periods. You MUST book in before you attend.
- You'll only be allowed to book 3 weeks in advanced.
- Please let us know if you need to cancel your booking.

Studio access will be paid for on arrival via card. Cash is not kept on the premises.

All equipment and tools must be thoroughly cleaned at the end of every visit.

Clay must NOT go down the sink but in the cleaning buckets provided.

Must be 16 years of age or older or accompanied by a paying adult.

All work must be labelled otherwise it may be discarded.

A staff member will be present during open studio time if you have a question or two.
Includes:

Use of available tools
- Use of workbenches
- Use of wheels

Use of extruder

Kitchen facilities to make tea
- Communal shelves to leave work. We will only store work if it is unfinished for up to 4 weeks or work that's to be fired.
Does Not Include:

Your own clay (clay can be brought in or purchased from the studio at $30 a bag). Clay can only be purchased by the bag. Otherwise our closest clay supplier is Blackwattle Pottery in Ingleburn.

Underglaze, glaze (glaze cannot be purchased from the studio as it's reserved for our students)
